InFrame Recipe Management System (RMS)

InFrame RMS was developed especially for the automation of recipe-controlled processes of highly complex and exact manufacturing.

 

It provides functionality to centrally manage recipes for couples of production equipments or complete production lines.

 
 

InFrame RMS is platform-independent and can be integrated seamlessly into existing IT-system environments.

 

InFrame RMS benefits from architecture- and development-standards which have been proven in projects together with our research and business partners.

 

InFrame RMS consists of five main modules:

InFrame Specification Management System (SMS)

InFrame SMS was developed for centralized management of huge amounts of specification data.

 

InFrame SMS contains rich functionalities to manage product and process specification data. This includes bill of materials, process flow and equipment structures.

 
 

InFrame SMS can be adapted to specific customer requirements. It is platform-independent and can be integrated in existing IT environments.

 

InFrame RMS benefits from architecture- and development-standards which have been proven in projects together with our research and business partners. It is scaleable on high-available server systems and conforms to SEMI standards.

 

InFrame SMS consists out of seven main modules:

InFrame Cluster Tool Controller (CTC)

InFrame CTC was developed to control complex production equipments and production lines. It has a modular structure and can be adapted to specific customer requirements.

 

InFrame CTC provides all functions that are needed to operate equipments and production lines in a reliable and effective way. It is platform-independent and can be integrated in existing IT environments.

 
 

Like all InFrame applications also InFrame CTC benefits from architecture- and development-standards which have been proven in projects together with our research and business partners. It was developped conform to SEMI standards.

 

InFrame CTC consists of the following modules:
