Many acp-IT employees have thorough project management skills and have been practicing their skills successfully in customer projects for years. In terms of process models we use established project management methods like CMMI, PRINCE2 or V-Model.
We offer our customers the possibility to benefit from this experience by coaching program managers, project managers and project leaders.
The role of the program manager / project manager / project leader requires competence in different areas which acp-IT considers wholistically in the context of coaching. The coachees should already possess a basic competence so that they can be successful as project leaders.
