InFrame Synapse Simulation Suite Libraries

acp-IT has built a powerful FAB simulation suite, oriented on easy modeling, flexible experiment configuration, fast simulation and reliable performance analysis.

Our libraries are built on top of AnyLogic standard libraries and offer additional parameters, new components and key features that are necessary in the implementation of a virtual factory.

InFrame Synapse Simulation Suite Libraries

Enterprise Utilities

  • Utility elements on top of AnyLogic standard Enterprise Library
  • Ease the modeling of discrete event models

FAB Statistics

  • Contains elements used to build:
    • Statistics
    • Online charts
    • Offline logs and reports
  • Works similar as the tracking/tracing component of InFrame Synapse MES

FAB Configuration

  • Contains elements which make reading a FAB configuration out of Excel files and/or Databases a very simple task
  • Provides among others the “Parameter” object element which has the property to auto-read the value from a repository and filter it
  • Offers different statistical distribution generators, for random event or random sequences generation

Generic Equipments

  • Provides common FAB equipments like:
    • Conveyors
    • Cross-conveyors or turntables
    • Fixed and moving material equipments
    • Generic cluster tools
  • Supplies a virtual equipment controller which enables the bidirectional communication between a virtual equipment and the virtual FAB

Transport Equipments

    • Central Handler with multiple robots on the same rail with collision control

Production Control

  • Provides a centralized FAB control by enabling the separation between the Equipment Level and FAB Control Level based on the architecture of real FABs
  • Contains components to visually model the products and process plans, recipes and capabilities, as in InFrame Synapse MES
  • At runtime, controls the material flow in the simulated line

PCEquipments

  • Provides components for connecting equipment models to the defined Production Control scheme
  • Adds Production Control capabilities to the generic equipment models
