What we offer
Because of the high demands on consultants of the acp-IT AG, we primarily hire employees as senior developers and senior consultants. But you can also join us as a very good graduate. We will instruct you as a senior developer or senior consultant within a reasonable time. You will work in a team of independently working consultants with a wealth of professional experience.

Soft Skills:
We are looking for consultants which are capable of realizing the client's requirements in a competent and flexible fashion. In social interacton you should be natural and self confident and accomplish your assigned tasks professionally:
- You should interact business-fluently with clients and their teams. Presentation aplomb, diplomacy and assertiveness are essential.
- You should have the ability to adjust to new situations quickly and flexible and always challenge worked out solutions in regard to possible improvements.
- You should be team-oriented as well as able to motivate the client's employees to creatively contribute to the formulation of solution strategies.
Hard Skills:
Aside from a good college or university diploma degree, you have work experience in the IT sector. Your previous working focus was linking production oriented knowledge to IT related problems. During your studies and in your consequent professional activities you ideally gained international experience and have a profound command of written and spoken English and German.
