These skills are checked during execution against defined skill constraints of resources and processes. In addition for each skill the time period of validity for each skill can be defined, which means by when a specific skill requires training to be refreshed. Definition of so called skill sets allow grouping of skills for more easy assignment of users and user groups.
Definition of single or multiple shift plans and assignment of resources are possible. A given skill and shift setup can be used within the Job and Dispatch Management or the Advanced Planning and Scheduling Management for automatic rule based optimization of routing (e.g. to optimize cycle times, resource utilization etc.).
