InFrame Synapse Tracking Management
The Synapse MES Tracking Management is the component that continuously tracks all executed processes with respect to all MES relevant tracking information online.
The following data is tracked by the Tracking Management:
- process times
- production status data (e.g. according to SEMI E10, SEMI E58 or other user defined state models)
- process data
- other tracking data (e.g. identification, time stamps, etc.)
- equipment data, equipment utilization, uptime etc.
- errors and alarms
InFrame Synapse MES allows the user to evaluate the recorded data at any point of time. By using customized views within the Graphical User Interface all tracking data can be visualized flexible and in real-time (either using table formats or graphical formats). Using the Reporting component, various customized reports of MES data can be created in an easy way. Reports can also incorporate graphical diagrams (e.g. trend diagrams, history reports, machine utilization, OEE, etc.).
