The Synapse MES Advanced Planning & Scheduling provides the possibility of calculating a line-wide process operation scheduling based on preconfigured optimization rules and algorithms.
The rules themselves can be configured or extended via workflows. This way it is possible to calculate optimized schedules according to critical operation parameters like e.g. throughput, OEE, minimized WIP etc. Also combinations of different optimization criterias are possible.
