InFrame Synapse Resource Management
Within the InFrame Synapse MES Resource Management component all active and passive resources are managed and a model of the production line including process and automation equipment is built.
Active resources contain all technical (process and/or automation equipment) resources as well as human resources (operators, engineers). Passive resources are e.g. cassettes, substrates, carriers etc. Resources can be grouped and setup hierarchically to support the configuration of cluster tools or other complex equipment structured in resource trees. The behavior of the Resource Management component, especially when selecting suitable resources for required production activities, can be adapted or extended easily via workflows.
