Within the Synapse MES Material Management different production materials like modules, pastes, gases, etc. can be created and managed.
Each material type can have its own life-cycle model, e.g. for contamination management or management of usage cycles. Management of consumable and durables types and assignment to resources (equipment) is included. I.e. users can enter the change of a consumable charge and required setup of durables in production. These information can be used for reporting of, e.g. product history, list of used consumables per shift, day, etc.
