InFrame Synapse Preventive Maintenance
Within the InFrame Synapse MES Preventive Maintenance component for all active and passive MES resources (defined within the Resource Management component) preventive maintenance actions can be defined on a counter and / or timer basis. These planned actions (e.g. scheduled downtimes) will be taken into account by the Job & Dispatch Management component for an optimized routing of job orders through available resources.
The information on maintenance history of a resource can be used for reporting as well as being exported to external systems, e.g. to an ERP system.
