InFrame Synapse Job & Dispatch Management
The definition of orders, which are brought into the system (e.g. via ERP-system or manually), is performed within the InFrame Synapse MES Job & Dispatch Management and covers production orders as well as their assignment to customer orders. Within this procedure a production order is assigned to a process plan and material. The processing sequence of the defined orders can be configured via workflows.
The Job & Dispatch Management is responsible to manage the execution of the orders in a correct sequence and to monitor the order execution and progress. To optimize the production sequence various optimization rules and algorithms can be applied. By using the Graphical User Interface it is possible to have different customizable views on the orders, e.g.
- Job List (list of all jobs as a table; includes filtering and sorting capabilities)
- Job Detail View (providing detailed dynamically updated information about job name, job status, process plan etc.)
- other user definable views
The Job Management provides the possibility to group a set of materials. Possible groupings could be batches, sub-batches, carriers, etc.
